An sensory immersion into history and wine
The first generation contributed to its construction; the current generation executed the project, keeping the layout of the old traditional Piedmontese building intact.
The wines are produced in steel or cement tanks; ageing occurs in French oak wood barrels.
In the oldest section, no other cooling or heating techniques are used in addition to the natural ones; the temperature is constantly kept at around 18-20°C.
Inside the cellar, there is a secret corner, a niche of wonders in which unknown wines are preserved alongside vintage bottles that remind us of how far we have come.
Our family is always happy to welcome visitors, guide them on a tour of our vineyards or get them to taste our best wines.
