Italian way of Chardonnay from Boeri Alfonso, Piemonte 🇮🇹 It charms me, first of all with this yellow colorful attitude, followed by, not a creamy taste, but lots of power and juice💪 Notes of smoke, oak, honey, melon, light tannic acid and natural minerals🤔 Perfect with some salmon.. 😊
