The origin of its name

Martinette is the geographic name of one of our older Barbera vineyards which, due to exposure and configuration, best suits the production of this classic wine.

The Wine

Vinification

Thinning of the grapes at the end of July. Manueal harvest, where only the best bunches are selected and collected into small wooden crates. Then grapes are gently pressed. Afterwards follows fermentation, on skins, for about 7-8 days
